Kansas Vehicle Registration: All residents of Kansas who own or lease a vehicle must register. Established or new residents must register within 30 days of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Title registration fee is $7.00 Vehicle registration fees range between $27.25 to $37.25 Kansas license bureau also charges a personal property tax which will vary according to value of the vehicle. If you have purchased a car in state, the following items are required to register the vehicle:
Vehicle title
Notarized bill of sale
Power of attorney to sign for leasing company
Odometer disclosure statement
Name and policy number of insurance (No-fault insurance is required in Kansas) If you purchase a vehicle out of state or recently moved to Kansas, the following items are required to register your vehicle:
Kansas Highway Patrol safety check ($10 fee is payable in cash only)
Vehicle title
Notarized bill of sale
Power of attorney to sign for leasing company

Missouri Driver's License Information
Missouri Driver License: To get a new driving license in Missouri, you must present a valid driver's license from your former state and your Social Security Card. You must pass a written test and a vision test before a new license will be issued. Persons who have allowed their license to expire will need to bring a clearance letter from the state in which they previously were licensed. They must also pass a driving test, a written test and a vision test.

Missouri Vehicle Registration: All residents of Missouri who own or lease a vehicle must register. Established or new residents must register as soon as possible after purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. To do this you must have it inspected at an official inspection station. The fee is $7.00. Get a tax clearance at the county courthouse which shows that you have no personal property taxes owing and take all your documents with you to avoid having to make a second trip. Title registration fee is $8.50 Vehicle registration fees range between $18.25 to $51.25. The following items are required to register the vehicle:
